The device is designed for calibrating gauge pressure measuring instruments: pressure transducers, reference and other manometers. Calibrating pressure measuring instruments operating in clean environments (oxygen, medical, food and others).

Advantages
Pressure generating range It is not recommended to use a GUSK with means of pressure measurement with an upper limit of measurement below 0.1 MPa.0…100 MPa.

Oil, water or ethanol can be used as working medium. Standard delivery specification provides for degreasing to enable calibrating oxygen-based measuring instruments.

Hydraulic system for pressure generating includes pre-filling pump and screw press.

Transparent bowl for monitoring the level of working medium contamination.

GUSK with standard manometers DM5002M-A

Equipping GUSK with digital standard manometers DM5002M-A allows using it as a standard instrument for manometers calibrating.

Advantages over pointer manometers
  • Multi-range feature: each digital manometer DM5002M-A features several switchable measurement sub-ranges with assuring the same accuracy class in each sub-range. Due to this feature one manometer DM5002M-A can replace four pointer reference manometers.
  • Switching between different units of measurement: MPa, kgf/cm², one more — optional: psi, mm Hg, etc.
  • High accuracy class: 0.25; 0.15; 0.1 и 0.06.
The most commonly utilized instrumentation for GUSK includes three digital manometers ДМ5002М-А of accuracy class 0.1 and upper measurement limit 100, 16, 2.5 MPa
