Deadweight tester with integrated media separator MP-VRS
Verification and calibration of pressure measuring instruments that prevent the ingress of liquid: pressure controllers, pressure calibrators, pressure measuring transducers (sensors), digital, standard and process pressure gauges, accuracy classes 0.008 and less precise in the range from 0.02 to 40 MPa.
Advantages
Ability to verify the calibrators — pressure controllers (such as Wika Mensor, Druck, PACE, Fluke, PPC, etc.) up to 40 MPa in air (or nitrogen).
Convenient control of pressure increase and decrease by means of precision valves and volumetric regulator.
The gauges do not cause additional accidental measurement error due to absence of the mechanical separator in the design (membrane).
Tungsten Carbide Piston Measuring System (IPS) for significant reduction (4 times) of the temperature effect on the measurement results, increasing long-term stability, wear resistance and durability of the instrument.
Sets of weights are made of stainless steel (stainless non-magnetic steel for instruments of accuracy class 0.01 and 0.005).
Improved ergonomic features, reduced weight and size.
The standard delivery includes a set of connecting nuts for easier installation of verified instruments, a set of modern seals that can be tightened without using wrenches (by hand) for pressure up to 40 MPa, and a repair kit.
